Yes, you can access and download your data. Pro and Business subscribers can export their data directly from the app in various formats (CSV, PDF, Excel). Free tier users can request a copy of their data by contacting our support team. We will provide your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format within 30 days of your request. The data package will include your personal information, transaction history, and group details that are associated with your account.
When you leave a group, your basic information (name and profile picture) and your contribution to the group's expenses remain visible to other group members for record-keeping purposes. However, you will no longer have access to the group's activities, and group members will no longer be able to add you to new expenses. If you want your information completely removed from a group's history, you can contact our support team with a specific request, and we'll help you navigate this process while maintaining the integrity of other users' financial records.
